Beyond the business activities described below, we will NEVER share or sell your information. We are happy to have your business and we take your privacy seriously.

We collect two kinds of information from our customers: the kind you actively share with us (by ordering items for delivery, signing up for an account, “liking” us and commenting about us on social media), and the kind you passively share with us by browsing the website. We commit to protecting both kinds of information.

Passive information (collected through cookies and log files) helps us make our website faster and more useful, and lets us know how the website is working to reach customers. We never share this kind of information. Both our website and the webstore within it are protected by industry standard security, including SSL and https. We maintain a network within our store that is secured at the recommended level.

When you share information with us actively, we use it to fill orders and to keep you up to date on special events at the Limited Edition Gallery, such as visiting artists. We maintain order information as part of our financial recordkeeping. We share delivery information with delivery companies (UPS and USPS, generally) only to ensure proper delivery of the art you order. 

We do not maintain payment information within the store or online. Should we take note of payment information over the telephone, the information is properly and immediately destroyed as soon as payment is processed.

In the unlikely event that we are required by law to share the information we collect, we will observe the law. If we become aware of a security breach that may affect your information, we will notify you in accordance with the law. Your state or other governing body may guarantee you other rights in addition to those described here.
